ACTION REQUIRED: Update the Preferred Sub List for SY 1819

Aloha Teachers!

Attached is the Teacher's Preferred Sub List for SY 1819 that needs to be updated from last year.  Please make your edits and change the fill color of the cell to white to indicate a change has been made.

Please note the following:
  • Malia Taimalelagi will not be available till mid-September (she's long term subbing for Victoria)
  • Renna and Napua are not available for subbing at all.
  • Maricar will not be available till 2nd semester (she's long term subbing for Theresa)
  • Courtney Micucci has left the island and is now in Georgia.
  • If you know of any other changes in subs, please let me know.

For new teachers...The Purpose of this document: 
  • When you are out due to workshops or PDs during the school day and a substitute needs to be secured, office staff & coaches will refer to this list to try to secure your preferred substitute first before anyone else is called. If there is no preferred sub listed on this document, it is left up to the substitute system (TSEAS) to determine who will take your job.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
