Fwd: E building AC construction

Hi Everyone, This is a general update on the project. The project was slated to begin Jan. 7th but there has been some delays.  We won't know the exact time frame of construction until we meet with the contractor. We are anticipating that meeting to be held in Jan/Feb.  For those of you directly affected, the plan is still to use P-1 and P-9 as temporary classrooms during construction. We are trying to limit the move time to two weeks with a day to move out and a day to move in.  5th Grade, we will do our best to not have you move during SBA.  When we get the timeline from the contractors we will meet with you do discuss the best options.  Chad Nacapuy Vice Principal Kaimiloa Elementary (626)-502-6403 Confidentiality Notice:  This e-mail message, including any attachments, is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and/or privileged information.  Any review, use, disclosure, or distribution by unintended recipients is prohibited.  If you a

Aloha Teachers! As part of our efforts to ensure that PD has a positive impact on student achievement (WASC), we are working to put a system in place to check and act based on data we collect.  Therefore, we will be conducting a Math Linking Walk (also known as a Walkthrough) next Thursday on 12/13. The purpose of this walkthrough is to determine where we are in terms of the implementation of learning targets & success criterias, as well as the work we have done so far with Wes Yuu.  This walkthrough will also be used to triangulate data and to coordinate future Wes Yuu PDs and to celebrate progress in our current efforts to improve math instruction and learning on our campus.
