Lock Down Letter for Parents on 9/18/18

This is a copy of the lockdown letter going home to parents today. Please pass out before the end of the da.


Dear Kaimiloa Elementary Parents and Guardians,

 

This letter is to inform you about an incident that occurred at approximately 9:27 a.m. today. Classrooms went into lockdown as a safety precaution due to a pursuit by the Honolulu Police Department. The lockdown was lifted at approximately 9:32 a.m.

 

I would like to commend our students, parents, teachers and staff for their cooperation. The well-being of our students is a community effort and we appreciate your help as we work together to keep our campus safe and secure.
