STRIVE HI - New Measures of Growth

At the HSAP Conference, I found out that as of last year 2017 - 29018 Strive HI report of which we have not received as yet, there are two new changes of growth that schools are going to be assessed on:

  • Changes to what is perceived as Growth.  Growth will now include SBA and HSA-Alt & measured with two growth models - Median Growth Percentile (MGP) & the transition matrix (HSA-Alt)
  • Student Safety will be replaced by School Climate which will be based in part on the Tripod Survey taken by all Grades 3-6 students. The 7 Cs measures:  Care, Confer, Captivate, Clarify, Consolidate, Challenge & Classroom Management

Once we receive the report which should be made available this month, I will be sharing with whole staff.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
