XEROX machine

Someone is printing Teacher stuff and the xerox is jamming.  You need to make sure the TRAY 3 is full before you release all and stay by the machine so others can use the machine too.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
