Xerox 7970 and D95 Machines

Hello,

Here's a short clip on how to send jobs to both Xerox Machines. Sending the job is the same but when you want to retrieve it is where it's a little different.  

Xerox 7970 (the Newest one where you can print color)
Xerox D95 (the Older machine where you can only print in black)

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
