Teachers,
If you are requesting students to eat with you please observe the following rules.
No student will be allowed out of the cafeteria without a note from you.
-Student first and last names need to be written on the note
-Note needs to have the requesting teacher's name on it
-Each student needs their own note. We have had groups of up to 20 students tell us they have lunch bunch. If it is a large group and you don't want to write the notes for all you may accompany your students.
-Lunch bunch students for now will not be allowed to cut to the front of the line unless accompanied by the teacher.
Reasons-
Many students have been lying and saying they have lunch bunch to cut to the front of the line.
Students are leaving the cafeteria and we dont know where they are going
Students going to the front of the line that have lunch bunch and dont have their name tagsdo not slowing the lunch procedure to the point where we are 10 minutes behind by the time 5th and 6th come through.
We are working to create a standard lunch bunch note. Until then please follow the above procedures for writing lunch bunch notes.
