DOE Memo: Change in Username Format for Infinite Campus Log in

Hello,

In case you haven't seen this already, passing along this important memo regarding change to Infinite Campus Usernames effective tonight.

    The Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) will be updating the Department's access to Infinite Campus the night of Thursday, April 18, 2019.  This update will change the Username format for staff logging into Infinite Campus.  

    Same Infinite Campus URL
    You will use the same access URL:  https://hawaii.infinitecampus.org/campus/hawaii.jsp
    On the green screen, click on "Login to Infinite Campus" 

    New Username Format
    You will log in using your employee ID followed by @k12.hi.us  [Employee ID]@k12.hi.us
    For example: 12345678@k12.hi.us.  See Attachment A for the new log in screens.

    Same Password
    You will still use the same password as before.  This update will not change your password.
    If you need to reset your password, please call the IT Help Desk at (808) 564-6000 or 
    HATS (8-1-808-692-7250).

    Downtime for Upgrade
    Infinite Campus will not be available on Thursday, April 18, 2019, between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., while OITS updates the log in access.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
