Save the Dates: Summer NGSS PD

      Hi Teachers,
      If you are interested in learning more about NGSS this summer, please look out for the following PDs put on by our district.  They have contracted Brett Moulding and Nicole Paulson, (authors who co-wrote "A Vision and Plan for Science Teaching and Learning").  

      KeL, Lisa, and I have taken their course this past year and it has been very engaging, hands-on, and relevant to the classroom. 

      There are two possible PDs available:
    • NGSS Type II PD:  June 5-8, 2019  @  Ewa Makai Middle School 
    • Leeward District NGSS PD (Hybrid Type I/II): June 19-20, 2019   (Location TBD)

      If you have any questions or would like to learn more about what we did during our training with Brett & Nicole, please feel free to contact any one of us.
