Construction Update for F-Building and Portables

No construction this week: May 26-June 1st. 

Portables will not be worked on between June 2-8. HBM will be working on F-Building only. 

No work will be done on Monday, June 3rd to allow teachers to finish work in their classrooms. 

F-building teachers: Through the month of June HBM will be installing ceiling fans. HBM could not give me a more specific timeline because they don't know how long each room will take. They will use June 3-8th as a test. After June 8th, we are hoping to get a room by room schedule. Once we do I will email it out. 

In speaking with HBM, you may enter your rooms to grab small things, etc. but you need to first notify HBM personnel before entering the room for your safety and so they are aware someone is in the area.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
