Email Groups in gmail

There are two email groups in your address book. 
 LN ______name of group_______  example: LN Kaimiloa Ohana
or
_____name of group_______  example: Kaimiloa Ohana

The LN in front of group names sends emails to the groups lotus notes addresses

Just the name of the group sends email to the groups Kaimiloa emails. 

For now either way of emailing a group will work.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
