End of Year Close Out Procedures

Aloha Kaimiloa Ohana, 

We are nearing the end of the school year which means INVENTORY Time.  YAY!!  In your boxes you will find (1) End of Year Close Out Procedure, (2) Inventory Sheet, and (3) Inspection Sheets. 

Inventory Sheet:  Lists all technology devices/items assigned to you.
-Sign form and place on mobile cart (Tech Department will collect sheet when we check that your cart is secured) 
-Resource Teachers- Return form with Teacher Computer 

Inspection Sheet:  Only complete if device is damaged.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
