Please notify office of event, start times and end times

Teachers,
For this last week, please inform the office of start and end times of your class events. The office is getting many calls from parents and unless it is on the master calendar they don't know the start and end times of events. 

As a reminder, when you submit a school-wide request form, you get an approval email. On that email, it states to please make sure the office staff gets a copy of any fliers sent home. This again is so the office staff can answer questions when parents call. Thank you. 

To help fix these time issues, from today, we will no longer input dates on the master calendar as all day events. When we can, we will list the specific times of the events.

New Xerox D95 Machine

Hello, Our New Xerox D95 machine is in and ready to use. Please start to use the machine during the summer. The new machine is black and white is should be used for all the high volume print jobs.  We created user accounts for all users. Your code will be the last four of your employee ID #.  You can start to make copies on both machines.
